SAHARA City Homes (SCH) is the flagship venture of Sahara Infrastructure & Housing. It comprises a chain of high quality residential township in 217 cities.

SCH features apartments (with options of 1, 2, &3 bedrooms and penthouse units ranging from 709.84 sq.ft. to 1805.04 sq.ft in nine-storied buildings. The apartments will feature a study room and open terrace.

Mid-rise apartments range between 1,966.08 sq ft to 2,613.74 sq ft on stilt plus six floors with options of 3 and 4 bedrooms duplex units with terrace in dual levels.
