The product mix exemplifies a perfect combination of high-rises, mid-rises, row houses, semi-detached houses and independent bungalows of premium specification. The high- rise apartments with nine floors over stilt will have apartments along with penthouses. These apartments ensure a clear view of surroundings, foolproof security and symbolise community living.

Mid-rise buildings stand on six floors above the stilt with duplex apartments, and exemplify fine art of designing, capture modern virtues of living and magnify the comfort levels while making a statement of style and elegance. EIA certification

Another highlight of Sahara City Homes is that these are the only township projects in India that have received EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) certification from central MoFF (Ministry of Environment and Forest).

Five Sahara City Homes townships, namely Ahmedabad, Indore, Lucknow, Jhansi and Gwalior, have already received EIA certifications.
