Sahara India praises budget, Dainik Jagran, Lucknow [02 March, 2007]

Lucknow, March 1: Speaking on the General Budget Head of Sahara India Pariwar's Infrastructure & Housing, Sushanto Roy, praised the proposal of reverse mortgage policy by the National Housing Bank for Senior citizens. Putting commercial property into the service tax net will slow down lease rental market of malls and commercial complexes.

Giving his views on budget, Head, Aamby Valley City & Entertainment, Seemanto Roy, said that partial increase in educational cess on corporate tax is a good move but increase on dividend distribution tax is quite amusing. He said that Finance Minister has maintained a good balance between the economic needs and political pressure.
