Sahara Housing to develop township (Virat Vaibhav, New Delhi, May 11 2007)

Lucknow: Leading company of real estate sector, Sahara Infrastructure and Housing, will develop ‘Sahara City Homes’ townships in 217 Indian cities. The Chairman of Sahara Group, Subrata Roy, laid the foundation stone of the first of these townships here. On this occasion, he told that the township was designed by renowned architect Hafiz Contractor and it will be the first fully air conditioned residential area in the country. Roy further told that these townships will be developed in other 217 tier I, II and III cities. On the other hand, real estate company Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has signed an MoU with an UAE based company Deyaar Development PSC to develop townships in India.
