Saharasri lays foundation with gold brick

Lucknow, May 9: The foundation stone of the mega Sahara City Homes Project of Sahara Infrastructure & Housing, the flagship company of Sahara India Pariwar, was laid by Managing Worker & Chairman, Saharasri, Subrata Roy Sahara, by laying golden brick in the capital today.

To be developed in 200 acres of land in Lucknow, this world-class project will include residential flats, individual bungalows and commercial complexes. Sahara City Homes will be developed in 217 Indian cities across the country. In the first phase, this project has been launched in 102 cities.

Speaking on this occasion, Saharasri, the person who wants to build a dream home for everyone, said that Sahara India Pariwar believes in the spirit of nationalism, which it seeks to propagate across all sections of the society. Sahara City Homes chain of townships will create abundant infrastructure facilities and provide quality housing to fellow citizens.

Sushanto Roy, Head, Sahara Infrastructure & Housing told that equipped with all facilities these townships will establish new standard of living. He further said that this township project was designed by renowned architect, Hafiz Contractor. It will be developed in tier I, II and III Indian cities. While exuding faith, Sri Roy also said that ‘Sahara City Homes’ project is committed towards changing lifestyles of Indians by providing housing of International standard. He told that in Lucknow Sahara City Homes project will be developed at 200 acres of vast land on National Highway-24 situated at Hardoi bypass road.

Sahara City Homes will be the largest real estate project of Lucknow and country’s first fully air-conditioned township. Construction of 5225 residential units is going on. These residential units will include high rise, mid rise apartments, individual houses and individual bungalows comprising of one, two, three and four bedroom flats.

Speaking on the specialty of these townships, Sri Roy said that these townships would be comprised of world class facilities like security, health, education, transport, communication and entertainment. The possession of property will begin in the year 2009.

In Sahara City Homes, townships electricity would be supplied uninterrupted with 100 percent back-up facility, television and video conferencing services with 24 hrs satellite connectivity and broadband will be provided through wireless connectivity along with free computer for every home.
