
Sahara launches City Homes

Lucknow, May 9: Sahara Infrastructure & Housing (Sahara I&H), India’s leading
real estate company, on Wednesday, launched the Sahara City Homes township in
Lucknow.
The township is the first in the largest chain of self-sufficient, high quality,
‘Sahara City Homes’ townships which Sahara Infrastructure and Housing will be
developing in 217 cities across India.
The launch of Sahara City Homes was marked by laying of a Gold Brick at the
first floor of the construction block by ‘Saharasri’ Subrata Roy Sahara,
managing worker and chairman, Sahara India Pariwar.
The construction work at Sahara City Homes Lucknow is in full swing and the
possession of property will begin in the year 2009. A total of 30 blocks are
under construction. These 30 blocks will house 1620 residential units. The
construction of other blocks will commence by the end of this quarter. Speaking
on the occasion ‘Saharasri’ Roy said, “Sahara India Pariwar believes in the
spirit of nationalism, which it seeks to propagate across all sections of the
society. ‘Sahara City Homes’ chain of townships will create abundant
infrastructure facilities and provide quality housing to fellow citizens.”
